1. Order Cancellation Rules

- You may voluntarily cancel your order before payment without any additional charges.

- Order cancellation is not supported once the order has been shipped. Cross-border shipments cannot be intercepted midway during transit due to logistics restrictions.

2. Order Modification Rules

- If you need to modify the shipping address or product specifications after payment, please contact our customer service prior to shipment. We will assist you with the modification as soon as possible if the order has not been processed.

- No modifications will be accepted once the order is dispatched. For any urgent address change requests after shipment, the buyer shall bear the cost of the secondary cross-border shipping fee.
